Youth programming will consist of:

• Book Clubs

• Read Alouds

• Literacy Events tailored for youth

• Literacy Coaching Services

Our family literacy programming consists of the following:

• Literacy & Dinner for the family - Events where families will engage in literacy activities and enjoy a family meal.

• Trainings to help parents understand and become literate in matters that relate to their children. Ex. Understanding your child's report card. (This training is for English Language Learners as well).

Adult programming will consist of the following:

• Train-the-Parent sessions to help parents work with children on literacy activities at home.

• GED Support - We will match adults with online tutors to prepare for the GED. (coming).

• Book Clubs

• A variety of literacy workshops to prepare adults to (re)enter the workforce.

• Book Drives

• Little Libraries - The creation of Little Libraries and directing community members to keep Little Libraries in Virginia stocked with a variety of books.

• Providing literacy resources to communities with significant need to close the literacy gap.
