Addressing the literacy rate in Virginia is the primary initiative of the Neville Empowerment Network, Inc. for 2020 - 2025. Within these five years, our goal is to close the gap through literacy outreach, literary resources, and scholarships.

There is a direct correlation between Virginia's workforce, and the literacy rate of adults.
